The Virtual Conscious Festival is a three-day immersive experience bursting with life-changing talks, experiential workshops, and #LittleGreenSteps. Here we share more about what to expect from our EXPO and the amazing brands you can shop throughout the weekend.
As many of you will know, we always try to shine a light on conscious brands and the people behind them. So we couldn’t host a Virtual Conscious Festival without giving you the opportunity to explore some of the brands we love the most that we think you’ll love too.
Our EXPO is an online mindful marketplace comprising over 70 incredible brands from across the globe. Hop in to the expo at any time during the course of the festival; it will remain open for business throughout.
We always encourage responsible shopping, but if you do need to replace something, we’d encourage you to look to these conscious brands first. And if you build up an appetite while flexing your credit card, we’ve teamed up with some incredible food partners to curb your cravings. Because what is a festival without food?
From fashion, accessories, and jewellery, to baked goods, beauty products, and booze; our marketplace is filled with conscious brands and retailers for you to discover. Take a sneak peek here for a snapshot of our exhibiting brands. All of our vendors will be offering special discounts throughout the festival for you to enjoy too.
The best part about the expo? This is not your average online shopping experience. Our vendors will be manning their booths which means you can chat with them in live hangouts to find out more about why and how they do what they do. Got a question about #whomademyclothes? They can tell you. Want to know what’s in that moisturiser? Ask away. This is a personal experience we hope you’ll enjoy.
But it’s not just all about shopping. Several of our vendors are offering bespoke workshops and activations throughout the day. Swing by virtually to say hi and get involved. Here are a few highlights to make a beeline for:
Flo Jewellery: Energy Reader/Healer and Founder of Flo Jewellery, Flora will be hosting introductory workshops to chakras. Through engaging activities, she will take participants to the world of rainbow-colour Chakras to learn more about this ancient wisdom of energy system and bring it to life in a practical way.
Happy Earth Farm: Each day from 5 – 6 pm (SG/HK time) Learn how to get the most from your kitchen by turning food waste into aromatherapy for everyday use. Explore the fruits and herbs you can use, the benefits they can bring and how to use them for your personal space. You will also learn to make your own aroma kit from fruit peels. This hands-on workshop is an aromatherapy crash course that will show you simple steps you can take to turn your home into a sanctuary.
Living Veggie by Ania and VeganKeno: Between 3 and 7.30 pm on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 stop by for multiple sessions on everything from how to make vegan and gluten-free cheese, how to balance your meals on a plant-based diet, Persian cooking demos, and more! Visit the virtual booth on the day for a full agenda.
MUD jeans: At 1 pm on Sunday join the experts from MUD jeans to learn more about sustainable denim, and how you can wash and take care of your jeans to extend their lifespan. Your washing leaves an environmental impact and you’ll also learn how to mitigate that here.
The Food Situation
If you’ve been to our Conscious Festival’s in Hong Kong and Singapore you’ll know delicious vegan food and drink play a big role. And just because this is a virtual event, we didn’t want that to change. Because we’ve still got to eat. Right? So, we’ve collaborated with some amazing brands that allow us to deliver food directly to your front door in both London and Singapore.
In Singapore, we’ve teamed up with barePack, Shake Farm and FoodPanda to bring food straight to your door, zero-waste style. There are two options available . Firstly, either download the barepack app and take advantage of its free trial offer. Then, place your order; it’s that simple. Your food will be delivered fresh to your doorstep sans disposables.
Or, secondly, if you order from ShakeFarm via FoodPanda, your grub will arrive in barePack packaging. Start by placing your order (new customers can get $8 off a minimum spend of $15 using the code BAREPACKGITNB). Then, upon delivery or pick-up, you’ll get a QR code along with your order to arrange a return of the container.
And in London, we’ve partnered with our pals at allplants who have got your cravings covered. For super tasty, plant-based eats delivered to you throughout the Conscious Festival, be sure to order online by 9 June. Use our code CONSCIOUS10 for £10 off your first three orders.
