ABOUT THE BRANDÂ
Bali Mana is purposely founded to make wildly nourishing, locally sourced, sustainable snacks affordable to everyone. Everything that goes into Bali Mana is picked, plucked, gathered, and harvested from the wilds of Bali by small-scale farmers whose plots dot eastern Bali’s lush mountainous terrain. They turn the wildly nourishing tropical ingredients into Bali Mana Tropical Granola Clusters. Nothing is added and nothing is extracted. Real food for real people.
WHY THEY’RE CONSCIOUS
Bali Mana works with local, small-holder farmers to ensure sustainable ingredients are delivered fresh to our factory daily. They work with our farmers on best practices and pay a fair price for their harvests. They ensure our workers are fairly paid and offer preschool education for their children at our location in northeast Bali.
Their products have no additives and everything they produce is non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegan. Nothing is wasted, they even use cashew shells for fuel in our factory. And, they firmly believe that nutritious food shouldn’t be a luxury. So, they price our snacks affordably. Which is why we love them!

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
With a background in food and public health, American entrepreneur Aaron Fishman has worked and lived in eastern Bali for more than a decade. In the beginning, he noticed just how many cashew trees there were. Aaron got to thinking. Marrying community development with harvesting all those cashews, a successful snack food company was born — East Bali Cashews. His enterprise started off with a few workers under an attap hut and has grown to hundreds of employees with brighter futures. For his work, Aaron has won several awards and fellowship recognitions and is an active member in the high-impact entrepreneur scene in SE Asia.
