For her work to creating effective skincare and haircare products using regional ingredients that are safe for people and the planet.
Wendee Lee began her professional life in global advertising agencies in London and Singapore, before realising that her true passion lies in natural beauty. As she starts to dive further into the somewhat murky waters of the natural beauty industry, she soon discovered that not all things branded as ‘natural’ can really be qualified as such.
Constantly sceptical of internet claims, and because learning something new is her idea of a good time, she decided the best way to separate fact from fiction was to go back to school. Now armed with an Advanced Diploma in Organic Cosmetic Science from Formula Botanica, she pours both her passion and knowledge into researching and developing amazing, natural products for Biconi.
