A 2009 EM Lyon graduate, she spent eight years in pharmaceutical marketing before her growing concern for global environmental issues fueled a bold career shift. In 2017, Rose-May left the corporate world to co-found ChangeNOW, a platform dedicated to accelerating the transition to a sustainable future.
Her mission is clear: spotlight environmental and social solutions both in France and globally. Adding to her impact, she co-founded Startup Career Day, one of the largest recruitment fairs for startups. In 2019, she transformed it into the Impact Job Fair, a platform connecting purpose-driven talents with mission-focused companies.
Beyond her entrepreneurial ventures, Rose-May is a partner at 50 Partners Impact and Founders Future Good, contributing to the growth of innovative, impact-driven businesses.
