The GreenRace –  An enviro-mix of some of the best road & trails running around. They organise personalised running & training plans, fun runs, retreats, trail races & trail cleanups. Their events are designed with the aim to contribute to the local community and environment. They believe that by each of us doing our part to bring about change, we can then continue to enjoy the great outdoors sustainably. They see GreenRace as an opportunity for people to reset themselves in everyday life and habit.

 

WHY THEY’RE CONSCIOUS

They have helped initiate change across trail running events in Hong Kong with ideas such as using reusable zero waste racebags, eliminating all disposable items such as vouchers, plastic and metal products, course markings, cups and water bottles, as well as using and biodegradable race bibs.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER  

After 10 years of Resource Management consulting in Canada and 10 years of Finance in UK and Hong Kong, Martin has taken the decision to focus his love for the outdoors, running and entrepreneurship to create The GreenRace.
