ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Following frustration of years of yo-yo dieting and lack of nutritional support available from personal trainers, Elika Fit became a health coach. Having personally healed herself of Insomnia, sugar cravings, lack of energy, food intolerances, adrenal fatigue, chronic stress, PCOS and imbalanced hormones, these became some of the common areas she supported her clients with through ElikaFit. As a Health Coach, she works with individuals & companies and provides the truth about nutrition enabling healthier lifestyles through coaching, consulting & access to exciting healthy food.

After working nearly 4 years in the CBD in Singapore, Elika was extremely frustrated with the lack of ‘real food’ options – food that wasn’t highly processed & with quality ingredients that had no hidden sugars and preservatives. So she opened Kitchen by Food Rebel, on a mission to improve their customers’ health through a recipe of awareness, education and great food. She also runs educational workshops and cooking classes at the restaurant.
