As the 72- hour countdown to this extraordinary gathering of like-minded individuals continues, we invite you to join us in this exclusive preview, where we’ll unveil all the must-visit booths and activities that promise to make this year’s The Conscious Festival. From groundbreaking eco-innovations to enlightening workshops, prepare to be inspired and empowered as we dive into a world of conscious possibilities.
🕹️ GAMIFICATION
The Conscious Festival is gamifying the festival experience: the more that you engage, interact, and learn, the more trees you earn (e.g., as you participate in all the elements of the festival, you are rewarded).
Each tree you earn represents a tree in real life that we are protecting from being cut down. Thus, for every talk or workshop you attend, game, or activity you participate in, you earn a tree (until the trees are all earned!). There will be a leaderboard that will show who has earned the most trees at any given time. And there will be some bonus trees to be earned hidden around the festival.
- Guests earn trees by scanning QR codes or completing online tasks
- The Conscious Festival is partnering with Cloud Forest and their impact partner, Rainforest Trust, an incredible global non-profit conservation organisation that has been protecting critical habitats for over 35 years. Each digital tree point earned on Cloud Forest will be a digital representation of a real tree being conserved by the Rainforest Trust!
- Guests need to look out for hidden QR codes! Certain booths and activities will have tree points to be earned after engaging in or performing certain tasks via unique QR codes (for example, attending a workshop, taking a photo with the Mercedes-Benz electrical vehicle, or finding and taking a photo with the Lufthansa sea creature).
How does it work?
- Scan the QR code and sign up for Cloud Forest, where you can earn trees to start building your own digital forest.
- The more you participate throughout the festival, the more ‘digital tree points’ you earn (until all the trees are earned).
- Every ‘digital tree point’ earned on Cloud Forest represents a tree in real life being conserved by the Rainforest Trust!
- Check the leaderboard to see who has the biggest forest at any given time.
- Once all the trees are earned, or when we reach 7 p.m. on Sunday, October 15, the game will be closed, and the winners will be notified the following week to claim their prizes.

- Attend a talk or workshop.
- Snap a photo with the Mercedes-Benz electrical vehicle and share it on social media.
- Discover and identify the Lufthansa sea creature.
- Learn about sustainable technology at the Circular booth.
- Stop by and taste sustainable wines at the TTG booth (for 18+).
- Take part in the live trash art with The Conscious Lizzy.
- Check out the pre-loved corner.
- Be one of the first to visit the Pass It On booth and get a free candle refill.
- Engage with the different brands at the marketplace and complete their tasks.
- Have your tarot read by the tAIrot (AI tarot card reader).
- Make your own recycled plastic product at the Plastify booth.
- Drop any food scraps at the ECOSAMI compost.
- Hydrate at one of the Ayer Ayer water stations.
- Take part in the plastic sorting game at the Nikoi x Cempedak booth.
- Be the first to find some of the hidden tree QR codes around the festival.

It is a plea to pause the game we’re playing with the Earth, where the stakes are higher than ever before. The title, “GAME OVER,” serves as a warning: unless we change our course, we may reach a point of no return.
