Do you love live music? Well, then you are in luck! This weekend we have cool stylings for 8 local acts to keep you jiving and a grooving while you munch, shop and enjoy our Green Is The New Black – The Conscious Festival.

Kokiri Kid (AKA Jon Harris)
A former member of multiple choirs, an capella group, hip hop dance troupes, and various bands, this avid performer knows how to rock a stage. Kokiri Kid croons R&B, Jazz, Soul, and Pop tunes, and engages his audience like no other. You can catch him at a jam session around Singapore or hosting his own event: Chi Chi BOOM (a Caribbean dance party). Be prepared to dance, sing along, and be galvanized. You’re in for a good time!
Belle & Lore 
Bell & Lore and novel performers and longtime friends, who have always had a love for music. Despite their professions barely intertwining with the music industry, they still hold this passion near and dear. They love sharing music with people who believe that music has a soothing effect on the soul.
Plumbum 
Plumbum is a multi-artistic performance. With melodies and lyrics by in French by author-writer-performer and guitarist Vincent Cateigne, illustrated by his artist-partner Nissiél. Plumbum is a poetic encounter between drawing, music and words.
Us The Hippies 
Playing spontaneously at events, cafes or on the streets since the start of 2015, Us The Hippies brings together two musicians as different as night and day, which is what makes their music preferences and covers so broad and quirky. They’ll be putting acoustic spins on most of their top 40s favourites, so expect to sing (or laugh) along with this derpy duo if you know the songs!
Leon Markcus 
Leon Markcus a songwriter-singer, has quite the past list of gigs, including events like Esplanade Concourse for the Red Dot Radio (2016) and Pink Ribbon event (2014). His debut EP Mannequin was released in June 2016 and topped the charts in iTunes Music that very month. In 2017, Markcus’ remix together with Sherlyn & THIEVVES of Disco Hue, became his most played track on both Youtube (14K). He’s also currently holding the title of CLEO Bachelor’s Freshest Face for the Year of 2017.
Abby Simone 
Sherry Abigail who is known by her stage name, Abby Simone, started her professional Music career in early 2014. Using music as a confidante, she has been writing and singing to express herself emotionally. Some of her major performances include; UN Women Gala event, Beer fest Asia & Esplanade Outdoor theatre. Her mom constantly reminds her that music is nothing but a hobby and that getting a “real” job is what she needs to be focusing on, but in Abby’s words “As long as I have my voice and my hands, I will never stop being a singer-songwriter.”
Ronald Goh 

Ronald Goh is a funk-soul singer-songwriter with a knack for penning groovy hooks, melodic rhymes, and introspective lyrics. Inspired by R&B, jazz and folk-pop music, Ronald aspires to create a soundscape of emotions with an emphasis on feel-good tunes and the occasional confessional ballad.
