At The Whole Kitchen, they believe in a balanced life full of movement, wellness and real food. They are on a mission to help people feel their best through their healthy and delicious food. They create all their products from 100% natural ingredients- free of gluten, additives, and always low in sugar, from natural unrefined sources.
WHY THEY’RE CONSCIOUS
They strive to empower people to take charge of their own health by advocating for real food and a holistic lifestyle, because when people take care of themselves, they feel their best. They also try to minimise their food waste as much as possible by using whole ingredients from peel to flesh – they buy whole oranges and lemons, using the zest in their Energy Pearls and juice in their cakes. In the kitchen, they reduce waste as much as possible by using recycled packaging where they can. They use locally sourced ingredients where possible in our effort to reduce food miles.They also donate their products to food banks in Singapore who provide to disadvantaged children.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Both founders are busy mothers, who are passionate about maintaining a well-balanced diet and lifestyle.
Susan Soulard: Susan is a trained chef who has gained expansive culinary training and experience from around the world. She is the innovator behind our amazing recipes, constantly searching for unique ingredients and flavour combinations.
Anne Swain: Anne is a certified nutrition health coach who has worked with hundreds of people to make positive changes in their lives. As the nutrition director behind all our products, she is on a mission to educate people about real food and wellness.
