Christian Mongendre is widely recognised in Hong Kong and beyond as one of the visionaries behind the plant-based movement in Hong Kong. He successfully co-founded and opened well-loved restaurants such as Mana! and subsequently Mana! Raw and Mana! Café. From there, he founded and launched HOME — Eat to Live reclaimed from an old Burger King in Central, Hong Kong. Then his passion for spreading healthy living and eating took him to Portugal, where he created the brand “Juicy Lisboa” before a wider vision emerged. Christian has since developed TREEHOUSE not only as a catalyst for mindful eating and sustainability but as a way to healthfully connect us with one another and this beautiful planet.
